L-carnitine and cyclic sports


Not so long ago, the fat burner L-carnitine has already become the main character of our article. L-carnitine is used by athletes in cyclic sports. These include running, swimming, rowing, biathlon, skiing, speed skating, cycling – in general, all sports where cyclic movements are supposed to be repeated.

 

PREPARATORY STAGE

 

L-carnitine (L-carnitine Weight Control). For one workout per day, take 3 capsules one hour before workout; with two workouts – take 2 capsules one hour before each workout. And on the day of rest – one capsule during the day.

Or FIT CARNITINE 1800. Workouts once a day involve taking one ampoule 30 minutes before training; if you train twice a day – half an ampoule half an hour before each workout. And one ampoule during the day on the day of rest.

Bar with carnitine (Champions L-carnitine Bar) suggests the following dosages: during training, once a day, take 1 bar between meals along with 200-300 ml of liquid. When training twice a day – 2 bars between meals, again along with 200-300 ml of liquid.

 

PRE-COMPETITION STAGE

 

L-carnitine (L-carnitine Weight Control) or FIT CARNITINE 1800. Dosages and conditions are exactly the same as in the preparatory phase. However, food intake on off days is not expected.

The carnitine bar at this stage also has the same dosages as during the preparation stage.

 

COMPETITIVE STAGE

 

L-carnitine (L-carnitine Weight Control) is taken one hour before the performance in the amount of two capsules. Or FIT CARNITINE 1800 – one ampoule is taken half an hour before the competition.
