Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil

Since 1950, MCT oil with medium-chain triglycerides has been used in the diet of patients who are unable to digest regular fats and oils (patients with pancreatitis, cystic fibrosis, or those who have undergone resection of the small intestine). MCT is found in milk fat 🥛, coconut 🥥 and palm 🌴 oils.

Today, MCT is gaining popularity in sports nutrition 🏋🏻‍♀️ to increase endurance as an immediate source of energy (though in horse doses – 50g per serving). The effectiveness of using MCT increases significantly when combined with carbohydrates 🥐: the complex helps build muscle mass, accelerate metabolism and, as a result, stimulate the fat burning process.

❗️taking MCT is contraindicated for people with diabetes and liver diseases❗️
