Therapeutic and preventive nutrition is provided free of charge to workers in hazardous industries according to the established norms given in Order No. 296n. In the list of types of work, there are 3305 specialties that receive rations in order to prevent occupational diseases.
The Order provides for 8 rations, which in composition resemble Pevzner’s tables. For each diet, KBJU was calculated. Vitamin complexes supplement this diet, depending on the needs of the category of worker.
The list was updated in 2022 and is valid until 2028. It is possible that the next update will be radical as the health food industry is rapidly evolving. Innovative food products do not require additional intake of vitamin and mineral complexes and are balanced according to energy value.
