Q10 + Se = ❤️

As you know, the renewal of body cells directly depends on telomeres. In the process of cell division, telomeres play the role of “limiters”, ensuring that the cell’s chromosomes do not merge with each other and do not get mixed up.

With each replication, telomeres shorten and eventually disappear, causing apoptosis (cell destruction). Oxidative stress and inflammation significantly reduce telomere length.

European colleagues conducted an experiment involving 118 elderly Swedes with selenium deficiency. The retirees took 200mcg selenium and 200mg coenzyme Q10 daily for 42 months.

The results showed that regular intake of Se and Q10 reduced oxidative stress and slowed down the depletion of leukocyte telomeres. As a result, the aging process slows down!
