Agroholding Юбилейный will launch a plant for deep processing of peas in 2027, Governor of the Tyumen Region Alexander Moor said during a message to the deputies of the regional Duma. The capacity of the enterprise will be 70 thousand tons per year. Investments in the project – more than 7 billion rubles.
The agreement on the construction of the plant was signed in autumn 2021. The main product of pea processing at the ПротеинСиб enterprise will be an isolate with a protein content of more than 85%. The agricultural holding will grow raw materials for processing on its own.
