From October 10, 2022, trucks registered in the EU, UK, Norway and Ukraine will only be able to enter the Russian border zone to leave a load or a trailer there. Further, this cargo or trailer will be picked up by a Russian or Belarusian carrier to deliver it directly to its destination.
The ban on entry deep into Russia will apply both to the delivery of goods to the regions of the country and to transit traffic. True, it will not apply to some types of transportation.
With regards to ingredients for the production of specialized food products. The following items under the TN VED code fall under the exception:
TN VED 2106, which includes protein hydrolysates, consisting mainly of a mixture of amino acids and sodium chloride, used in food products;
TN VED 0404, including milk whey, condensed or not condensed, with or without added sugar or other sweeteners; products made from natural milk components, with or without added sugar or other sweeteners;
TN VED 3501, including casein, caseinates and other casein derivatives; casein glues;
TN VED 3502, including albumins (including concentrates of two or more whey proteins containing more than 80 wt.% whey proteins in terms of dry matter), albuminates and other derivatives of albumin;
