Enterprises from Russia and the CIS countries will be able to take part in the competition for all types of products. This is a professional competition for food manufacturers, private label retail chains and HoReCa. “Quality Assurance” is carried out by the Federal Scientific Center for Food Systems. V.M. Any food product that is sold on the Russian market can be entered in the Quality Assurance contest. Competitive samples will undergo a multi-stage assessment, which is carried out by 10 commissions consisting of technical regulation specialists, laboratories and certified tasters. They will check the marking on the label for compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union and other regulatory documents. The tasting committee will provide an organoleptic assessment, and appoint a laboratory
research, for example, on the physical-chemical composition.
Based on the results of the three-stage evaluation, the best samples of products will be awarded with “Quality Assurance” medals.
