The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has developed special rules for issuing certificates of origin of goods to Russian exporters. This measure simplifies the procedure for obtaining permits established by Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311 and 312.
Other types of certificates of origin of goods can also be used as documents confirming the Russian origin of goods:
- form ST-2
- form ST-3
- EAV forms
- general form
- form “A”
Such certificates of origin can be used both in the form of a paper original and an electronic copy.
