Yuri Zubarev, President of the Eurasian Council for the Specialized Food Industry, commented on the controversial proposals that are currently being considered by the Government.
Several federal agencies have started considering the draft resolution “On approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods under a Retail purchase and Sale Agreement”. Recently, its text was published on the Internet. Many people were surprised to find there a clause prohibiting the sale of dietary supplements via the Internet or mail. “On the territory of the Russian Federation, it is not allowed to sell biologically active food additives remotely,” the document says.
